At Kickers Boutique, we understand the excitement of waiting for your little one’s perfect pair of shoes. That’s why we strive to make the shipping process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
We want every pair of Kickers shoes to bring joy to your child’s feet. If they don’t fit perfectly or meet your expectations, our return policy is here to help.
Return Policy
You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging
- Include the original delivery note or invoice
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Slippers and house shoes (Chausson et Pantoufle, Chausson Pantoufle, Chausson Toile)
- Items marked as « Nu-pieds » (barefoot shoes)
Return Process
- Contact us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your return request
- Our team will send you a return authorization with instructions
- Carefully package the items with all accessories and tags
- Include the provided return form in your package
- Ship to: Kickers Boutique – Retours, 31 Rue Paul Bert, Lyon, FR 54132
*Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send an email notification. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process, clearly stating you want an exchange
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive and approve the original return
- For exchanges to higher-value items, you’ll need to pay the price difference before we ship
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue promptly with the same care we put into selecting materials for our shoes.
